Capabilities Surveys

Paradigm’s National Capabilities (NATCAP) mapping tool allows customers use to view their assets, nearest first responders, and the capabilities of those response agencies. Emergency official capabilities surveys provide such information as knowledge of pipeline response, communication abilities, and on-hand equipment that can be used in a pipeline emergency.

Collaboration between operators and emergency officials takes on added challenges when the system spans many counties or states. Participation in capability outreach programs with varying methods of correspondence assists operators in managing such challenges.

Completion Reports

Operators who participate in liaison meetings have an option to receive Paradigm’s Completion Report. This report provides:

    Completion Report
  • Trending on three years of emergency official liaison contact by organization

  • Simplification of analysis by compiling the data for year and outreach category:
    • Training Invited
    • Training Attended
    • Capabilities Survey Completed
    • Non-Attendee Communications

Combining Paradigm’s mapping application and first responder data allows customers to see which agencies have not completed surveys, attended meetings, or replied to operator outreach. Working with Paradigm for emergency official outreach solves the issues of outreach and documentation, allowing the operator to focus on compliance.
