Using a Business Reply Card received from a farmer, Paradigm assisted in replacing a segment of damaged pipeline.
The farmer stated in his BRC that he could feel his plow scraping against metal and he feared the pipeline may be buried too shallow. Each stakeholder in each targeted communication is uniquely identified to the appropriate client and communication, Paradigm was able to provide this stakeholder’s response and exact location to the Pipeline Company immediately. With quick response from all teams, the segment of pipeline was considered damaged and was replaced.

After the distribution of these messages, stakeholders respond with either BRC’s or surveys to guarantee their comprehension of the systems in their area.
