To send or not to send? Your USPS Undeliverable Data
Paradigm has recently implemented a series of internal studies as part of our ongoing efforts to remain the most comprehensive provider of public awareness to the industry.
Recognizing the importance of protecting our customers' data, we realize we might not always be the vendor with the lowest stakeholder counts in a request for proposal. So, we took a step back to review the initial process.
After implementing several first-class mailing studies, we found that through our unique process, we offer the most secure delivery of your mailing program.
Long before mailing, Paradigm is taking extra precautions to insure the deliverability of each record. We use the USPS Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification codes to remove records that prompt delivery errors. We then scan that list of removed records to find any incomplete addresses, such as missing apartment/suite/unit number.
Why does Paradigm’s undeliverable counts not match that of our competitors? Because we are not willing to put you at risk. We take the time and consideration to review the records that have any deliverability issues, so valuable records are not removed.
Through our extensive research and experience, we have found that 80% of the “undeliverable” records are likely to be delivered by USPS. Do we remove undeliverable mail? Yes. Do we remove undeliverable mail that puts you at risk? No. What you will see new moving forward is that Paradigm will give you the option to choose what data you would like to remove.
We value our relationships and continuously look for ways to improve. We feel with our extensive knowledge, we can guarantee the best results for your mailing program. We thank our clients for trusting Paradigm.
