Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program
The Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) is a standardized framework used by U.S. agencies to design, conduct, evaluate, and improve preparedness exercises. Using Department of Homeland Security guidelines, Paradigm has tailored tabletop exercises designed using HSEEP protocols to focus specifically on pipeline safety and emergency response training.
This session provides emergency responders with a valuable opportunity to build in-person relationships with pipeline operators in their area. Participating agencies will receive a Certificate of Completion, earn up to two Continuing Education Units, and may apply the training toward Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) requirements, at the discretion of your state emergency management agency.
There is no cost to attend, and a complimentary meal is provided by the sponsoring pipeline organizations.
Participants will have access to relevant resources:
- Emergency Response Portal Plan
- Online Training Center
- Virtual Scenario Manager
- Emergency Response Manual
- Program Guide
- Pipeline Contact Information
