Protecting communities through safety and preparedness is a top priority for pipeline operators. To support this mission, Paradigm delivers state-specific pipeline safety and emergency response training programs nationwide. These programs foster meaningful, face-to-face engagement between local pipeline operators and key stakeholders—including emergency responders, public officials, and excavators—ensuring vital safety information reaches those who need it most, when every second counts.

Participating in these local programs allows stakeholders and operators to share critical information, strengthen their understanding of pipeline systems and capabilities, and improve coordination for more effective emergency response and planning.

These meetings also play a vital role in helping operators meet compliance requirements outlined in API RP 1162, as well as federal regulations such as 49 CFR 192.615 and 192.616 / 49 CFR 195.402, 195.403, and 195.440.
